We accept the following forms of payment for room deposits:
Either British Bank cheques in sterling or French Bank cheques in euros made out in our surname. Or cash in Euros as long as it is sent registered post. The balance then can be paid in the same at the end of your stay.
Unless otherwise stated all our prices are quoted as per room per night, for two adults and including a continental breakfast.
We will require a 25% deposit at the time of confirming your booking as long as the booking is made two weeks before your stay, 3 weeks in peak season. We cannot guarantee a booking made without a deposit.
Please note that we do not possess the facility at Serenity to take payment with any sort of credit/ debit card.

For our family rooms add a supplement of 20 euros for a third person over 17 sharing with two paying adults and 15 euros for any one under 17 years old. Babies stay free.
For stays longer than two nights we offer a 20% discount. Please contact us for further details of your requirements.
All cheques to be made out to P. Haskett. British cheques also to have your cheque guarantee number on the back.

How to Get Here
The nearest airport is Bellegarde at Limoge. It is served by Ryan Air and Flybe who fly out of London Stanstead, Southampton, Nottingham or Liverpool. Click on their linked websites below to find out more.
The airport is just under an hour from our door, there is car hire at the airport or taxi’s. However for a small fee added to your bill we can pickup or take you back in our people carrier.
Alternatively if you are coming be car the ferry ports are as follows in distance and average travelling time using the quickest routes calculated to Limoge.
Calais 695km 7hrs
Caen 387km 5.46hrs
Cherbourg 590km 7hrs
The nearest train station is at St. Leonard de Noblat about 25km away or Gueret. Or the nearest main line would be Limoge again. Once again I can offer pickups at a small fee.
However you travel we strongly recommend that you check the times, connections etc. close to your departure date as deposits cannot be returned on bookings made with no arrival. If however you are delayed then we will try our upmost to keep your booking.
Bourganeuf is situated on the main N141 between Limoge and Clermont- Ferrand.

Terms and Conditions
This is a contract between the property owners, Paul & Kelly Haskett (the owners) and the clients name stated on the booking form (the clients).
1. By booking and paying a deposit for accommodation the client agrees to the terms and conditions as set out below.
2. The rental period will start from 15.00hrs on the day of arrival until 10.00hrs on the day of departure. The owners cannot be held responsible for change of travel arrangements at short notice. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the owners if they have a long delay etc.
3. To reserve accommodation we will require a 25% deposit 14 days prior to your arrival. Within the months of July and August this period will be 21 days prior to your arrival. You will be sent confirmation of your booking by post or e-mail this will be our acceptance of your booking. Deposits can be made out in French or UK cheques. For other EU member states please contact us for alternative arrangements.
4. The number of people sharing the room must not exceed those at the time of the booking without the prior agreement of the owners.
5. Should you need to cancel your accommodation we will require the minimum of 14 days written notice or e-mail. Any cancellation made after this period you will forfeit your deposit. A small admin fee will be deducted from the deposit on return. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of making the booking.
6. Please inform us as soon as possible of any breakages or damage to furniture within our property. For your own safety and comfort as well as other guests. The owners reserve the right to make a charge should the room or property be left in an unacceptable condition or room contents missing. These costs must be settled prior to leaving.
7. Under no circumstances shall the owners liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period.
8. The owners shall not be liable to the client for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of services to the property. Nor in respect of any equipment or appliance in the property, for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war , strike or matters out of the owners control.
9. Pets of any sort are not permitted with the exception of guide dogs.
10. SMOKING is strictly forbidden anywhere in side the property. Should you wish to have a smoke then please use the sand buckets provided out side.
11. Insurance. By booking a stay at the property you are confirming that you will start your stay with adequate holiday insurance covering medical care.
A cot for an infant can be provided free as long as we our told at the time of making the booking.
